This is brittanibee's Pink Wedding!

I keep trying to change my picture on here and every time I do it goes back to the old one! I even tried deleting it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I finally got back into planning this wedding last month. I have the reception site, photographer, my dress and the rings. I also got some chair covers for really cheap on ebay and some sashes to dress it up a little. I also have all of the vases, candles and holders. So I am kind of coming along.
It went from a year left to 5 months so quick! No more procrastinating for me!

I found my dress about two weeks ago.
I went back to Colorado Springs to shop around because I really wanted my mom and grandma to be a part of it. I heard so many horror stories about bridal shops and gown shopping so I am glad that my experience turned out so wonderful!
I went into the dress shopping mode thinking that I was going to have to search everywhere to find my perfect dress. We went to Something New Boutique first and I found it there! The girls were wonderful and they really listened to want I wanted. I am so very happy with my dress.

I couldn't get a picture that does it justice... but I will when we get our engagement pics done! It is perfect. 1 1/2 carats (2 with the band that I think I want). Just the perfect size and shape for my little hands. It is so sparkly and I have gotten so many complements on it already!
He hid this for 4 months! He knew I would never go through his hunting stuff. :-)

It was coming up on our anniversary and I said I wanted to do something exciting. So FH plans out this trip to take me back to my home town (Colorado Springs) and go on a hot air balloon and a camping trip.
The whole morning of the balloon flight he was acting so weird! I kept asking him what was wrong with him. I started to think that he was just nervous about the balloon thing.So we are waiting for everything to get started and I tell him to take off his coat because the pilot said it would be really hot up there. He kept refusing and acting really protective about it. At this point I was really starting to wonder what his problem was. So FINALLY I got him to take off his coat but he wouldn't do it in front of me. Then he wouldn't take his hands out of his pockets(If you look at pic 2 that is how he was the whole time!). Little did I know he was trying to hide the ring box he had to put in his jeans after I made him take off his coat!!
Well everything was perfect and it was so beautiful up there. Then he started saying things out of the blue about how he is so happy that we were able to come so far with each other... and it hit me! OMG my heart jumped into my throat and I knew it was coming. Then he pulled out the beautiful ring and I just started crying. It was so romantic and I couldn't have asked for a better proposal!
There is a video of it and if you watch near the end it shows him putting the ring on my finger. So glad they got that on camera.
