Anyone planning their wedding by Themselves ..kinda

I'm planning everything myself except for when I turn to my FH for final approval. At first he hated everything that I suggested, but I think now that he realizes that this is real and decisions need to start being made he is coming around to agreeing with my choices since he never has anything better to suggest.

I am planning everything myself. I have asked FH want he would like to have and it's pretty resonable. Rather than that I have gotten opionions from other people but I have done it all myself. As long as your organzied, you will be fine. Get as much done a head of time that you can and try to relax once in a while!

my fh has only had 3 opinion, the cake - it must be white. the coast in all cant break the bank and he'll be picking his own tie ( with the pics i give him lol)

i'm planning it all on my own. With insperations here and there. FH has his input but I have the overall say LOL. But we have the same taste so it's all good! Love those pics too girl!

I am doing all the planning on my own.  My FH always agrees (because he tunes me out when wedding takes over the conversation) I usually start with the most important topic first so I can get his feedback because I know after that its over!

@loislovesclark I know wht you mean, that's how my FH was too and even tho we have 25 months til our wedding things are starting to move along quickly. I'm hoping to relax during the last month of our wedding since its right before the holidays. Thanks for the sweet comment on the cake!

@hashbrown that is exactly what I want to do...Do as much as I can that way I am not crunching towards the end.

@fabulousbride2011 Do you wish he was more involved?? My FH wants to know everything and its hard since he is not around...being a truckers FW has it flaws...I need his input. I wish I had his input =)

ya im pretty much planning it on my own, doing all the research and stuff. MY FH helps out on whatever I ask him, but ultimately Im  planning alone. It makes it easy that he is up to whatever I want, theres just a few things that is totally off limits to him like anything pink, or super duper girly. But other thatn that he likes everything I like. It must be real hard having your FH being a trucker, because even though usually its the girl that plans the wedding our FH opinions does matter, and we want them to come with us to all appointments, so I admire you for taking on such a huge thing while hubby is away working...the pics you posted are wonderful, I loved her center pieces too!!

I did it all myself....well myself and all the inspiration from WBC & PW. It's nice to see your vision come together on your WD and know that you did all of it! It really does make it all worth it!

@nursekc909 Awe thanks girl. Its funny cuz we want the same things but if he doesn't see its hard for him to imagine it. Believe it or not I think he is worse than a woman,lol. Can't wait for him to come home and see my blog. Cuz thats where all my inspiration is located.

I'm doing most of the hard work lol. I have visions and Jason has visions too though at first he was timid to share them. But when sometimes I changed my mind a few times, and asked for his opinion on my new ideas he's finally spoken up and gone, "You know, that's what I would have wanted my whole life for my wedding".. and I'm wondering WHY he didn't speak up before! I try to give him as many jobs as possible, including setting up our website which he is good at, and being a musician he's had a huge imput into the songs we'll be playing. But otherwise it's me. He loves everything though and thinks it will be the world's best wedding LOL.

That's great that he is on board with those things; great choices! That must be really hard that FH is away a lot. I planned my wedding myself, and would just ask for Chris' opinion, and it got hard at times. I think they don't understand how much actually goes into a wedding, and the hours that you have spent searching and narrowing down your options.

I am doing most of the work but the FH is putting his suggestions and thoughts in it as well.  He wants to know everything and be a part of everything lil details except my dress of course .... we pretty much been on the same paths with what we are wanting and looking for so thank goodness to that.  Wedding planning is still hard workk because you have so much to think about and finalize but I know when that day come it will be well worth the wait.

@macbride Thanks for the sweet comment! It is troubling sometimes...Between the kids and wedding planning I'm always busy and as for him when we do get to sit in front of a computer on the phone, it makes it all worth it. Its not me saying  the same things over n over again,lol.

@mrstodd2b You got that right girl! At the end it will be all worth and he will see how hard I spent makng everything PERFECT!!=)
