Hello Ladies, I could really use your help. I wanted to place a memorial candle in honor of my daughter who passed away 11 years ago. I just don't know of a good poem? I found one but I would like to use that one for my grandparents. Does anyone have or know of a good poem I could use? I would truly ,truly appreciate it.
Here is the poem I found for my grandparents... If I could find another one for my grandparents I will use the poem below..
Although we can’t see you We know you are here Smiling down Watching over us As we say “I Do” Forever in our hearts Forever in our lives And so we say our vows In loving memory of you
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "Come to Me". A loving heart stopped beating, Playful hands now rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
We are going to be using this one for our grandparents
we thought of you with love today but that is nothing new we thought about you yesterday and days before that too we think of you in silence we often speak your name now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame your memory is our keepsake with which we'll never part God has you in his keeping we have you in our hearts

These are lovely suggestions. I don't have any on hand, but your little angel was so precious. I don't know why she was taken so early, but another angel got her wings 11 years ago.
Just tweek it to how it relates to your daughter.

Playful hands now rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
