Centerpieces??

I'm planning on having three different types of centerpieces. Here's one I constructed last night. I used six different vases, and numerous sizes of jewels on the inside. This is the one I decided on, but I can't decide if I should leave it plain, or put the rocks in the bottom with a hot pink light underneath. Ignore the damask paper, I'm planning on having runners, but I just used this as an example for now. What do you guys think? I plan to fill the flowers more; this was just a rough idea.

They were really cheap to make too!

Vase - $3 - Walmart
Flowers - $1 bundle of 6 or so - Walmart
Foam Ball - $2 - Walmart
Jewels - 2 for $5 - on sale this week at Michaels

I like it bothways, no help huh,... If you want that extra pop,d othe rocks at the bottom. However, It is simple and elegant with the single strand as well, it depends onthe look you are going for sweetie.

I think it's beautiful and elegant, but if you can you can put rocks and some lighting. But I'd try a table setup trial run and check how the final look will be like, and then make some necessary adjustments.

Happy planning!!!!!

Here's my two cents: I like the first one better.  It's simple and elegant.  The beads on the bottom makes it a little...busy?

I like the second one, like that the string of crystals doesn't just end with nothing. I might also consider putting a ribbon - maybe to match the flower, around the middle of the vase. That's my style, though - I guess I'm a more-is-more kinda gal.

They both look great but I think without the rocks is more modern.  You did a great job on the flowers!

My centerpiece looks like this but I have ribbon at the bottom of my jar. I think If you use the rocks at the bottom, def get the light.
