Thanks to all of you!
I just want to thank all of you girls for my comments when I left here a month ago. My wedding was a dream come true! I have millions of pictures to share, but I just chose a few. After a month, I can' t believe how fast time flies by. Had our 2 week honeymoon and it was beautiful.
First I want to say thanks to Rhonda (Partyshakers.com) for all of her guidance and help. I actually ended up saving a good $4,000-5,000 for over 300 people wifh her menus, programs, signage, linen rentals, floral centerpieces, tears of joys and much more support. Thank you so much for a perfect day, girl! As you may know, I'm expecting twins in November. I'm really showing now. We are expecting a boy and a girl! How lucky was that? Angelo is just way beyond with happiness. Me, I'm still sick everyday and now I'm on bed rest!    We had a prior dinner party with all the guests on Friday night with 3 Henna stations that went all the way to 3:00 a.m. the next morning of my wedding! The entertainment was excellent. One of my uncle's band played throughout the night. Angelo and I departed at 12:00 midnight for tradition of not seeing me on our wedding day. It was the hardest thing to do, leave my prince in the middle of the night. Anyways, me and my 5 girls went back up to the hotel and had our last slumber party. (It was so emotional, because they told me how much they loved me with last gifts.) :o{ The wedding day was marvelous.The weather was 80 degrees and I was so nerveous and excited. We had our first ceremony at 2:00 outdoors in Forrestville. The land was gorgeous! You guys don't know but I had this tramendous feeling of being in love when we said our vows. Angelo cried, I cried, MIL cried, momu cried, everyone was crying! OMG!!!! The tears of joys came in good use. They even past me and Angelo one. I don't know what it was, but it was a joyful feeling! I told myself I wouldn't cry on my wedding day, but when you are up there with the man you really love and he looks so handsome and tears, you will lose it! LOL After the outdoor ceremony, we took pictures and mingled with our new combined family, Angelo and I snuck off together in the carriage and rode around the land. Gorgeous! We held hands, kissed, complimented each other over and over again. It was really romantic. I would say, most definitely take that private time with you husband! that was the only time we had all day and it was really worth it! The RECEPTION WAS ROCKIN! First we had the traditional festivities happen with the belly dancers, band, then it was tearing the roof off the Muthaf&#@r! We had the best time! DJ Roddy rocked the house from 9:00 p.m to 2:00 a.m. Let me tell you, if you want to have people on the dance floor? MICHAEL JACKSON was the one! As soon as "Wanna Be Starting Somethin" started, the dancefloor was packed. All Michael's hit were a party starter. RIP Michael! We had the time of our lives. I can't seem to download all the pictures. Our honey moon in Negril, Jamaica was perfect. Sandals was so wonderful. Even though I couldn't drink the unlimited alcoholic drinks (DAM), Angelo enjoyed himself for sure. I had some good smoothies and virgin fruity drinks. Our room was gorgeous! I didn't want to leave. Shortly after returning home, I started having some cramping! We went to the hospital and that's when they told me we were having a boy and girl! Good news the cramping probrably was caused by the long flight and all that mad sex love we had in Negirl. LOL Now I'm on strict bedrest! I must say, that I'm so glad it's finally over. It's kind of sad, but not really. Well, time for good-bye! It was fun knowing all of you and thank you for all the love here at WBC! Love yall! Peace Out! |

 Rhena & Angelo's Theme Wow, what can I say? I'm so excited to be marrying my sweetheart, Angelo. I want to thank all of you here on WBC for your comments and support for my wedding. Everything is checked off the list and I'm ready to marry my man! Even though I don't even have time to type this memo of goodbyes, I just had to express how much I really do appreciate all the love here on this site! We have 103 guests that have arrived this week and about another 80 tomorrow! I'm so excited! I am showing now in my pregnancy with the twins! I have a cantalope now and they are moving actively. I thought it was nerves of excitement, but when I lay down on my back you can feel it so clearly! My dress fits perfectly until after the wedding. LOL I've gained 12 lbs. already. Yikes! We will be entertaining our relatives until next Thursday as they start departing, then on June 15th we are off to our Negril, Jamaica honeymoon resort for 14 days then Bermuda for 8 days. Bermuda was from his parents as a honeymoon extention gift. Thank you guys for everything! Shout out to my girl Rhonda (RODRHONDA4EVER), my backbone! Thank you for all of your hard work for our day. Thank you ONE MILLION times! We are outtie ya'll! |

Rhena & Angelo's Theme I've seen many DIY tears of joy packets and they are all nice. We really wanted something personal and from the heart, because I have a feeling there will be lots of tears on our special day. Received an email of my tears of joys that Rhonda created for me! I'm tearing up right now, they are absolutely beautiful! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I couldn't decide on which ones I liked best, so I got both colors! Even though with the wedding next week, she jumped on the bandwagon and created my packets! Love her! Thanks to Shayne-Unpredictablebride on the free mongram used on these as well! I can't believe my wedding is 7 days really 8 days away. I'm getting really nervous! Some of our long distance relatives are arriving tomorrow and through out the week. My stomach is swollen to a cantalope, lol. I'm getting lots of butterflies and Angelo swares it's the babies moving. He's been getting a little nausea too, I think because it's only a week away. I still have morning/night sickness. I HATE THAT! But, knowing that our wedding is near all the madness is just about over! Thank you, God! There's a lot of running around to do, back in forth to the airports, but's it's worth it. Thanks again to Rhonda, for working so hard for our special day. We love you! OMG! I have reached the 30 day mark!
I must say, I'm really impressed with everything that has been accomplished. Mostly everything is tidy'ed up. Only left is to decorate the cupcake stand table, marriage license on Friday, last run of the caterers and bartenders. Knowing that there are twins coming our way, it has really sunken in that we are going to have these babies that are due November 16, 2010. I'm barely fitting my wedding dress right now, but who is there is to say in 30 days that I'll bestill fitting in my Vera Wang dress? I've talked to the department and they are going to make adjustments this weekend for me. LOL I went to the doctor last week for my first ultrasound. Yes, there is definitely two babies in there. Wow, me and Ang are going to be parents? OUr families are flabbergasted. Well, chat you girls later. Thanks for all of your help for these past months! |

Rhena & Angelo's Theme I'm up late 10:44 p.m. finishing up on my favors for our coed wedding shower tomorrow. It's been an unbelieveable couple of weeks! I can't believe this is happening so fast girls! I had my first prenatal appointment today, did the pee-pee in a cup, they took some blood, did a weigh in, then came the examination! My doctor placed the heart beat machine on my lower stomach and there was the first heart beat. Healthy sounding and strong (me and Angelo were just grinning ear to ear), then there was a muffled echo in the background. The doctor moved the instrument around on my stomach more and there was another sound and the other one was faint! Dr. says, "Well, we are having two babies!" WTF! I'm so shocked girls. You should of seen my FH Angelo's face. He grew so pale looking. He was lost for words! I can't really talk, so was I! Two? Dos? Dui? Getting married in 42 days, not preparing for one baby, but TWO! I'm scheduled for an ultrasound next week to make sure there is two in there! Oh God? Help me! No wonder why I've been so tired, hungry and eating late! LOL My FH gets home soon from work and we'll be able to marinate on this news better. We are telling everyone tomorrow at the shower. TWO BABIES!!!! OH MY??? AND it looks like the calculations of these Valentine's day babies are due November 12-18th? We'll knowmore after the ultrasound. |
