When I was at the bridal salon wearing "the dress" and the sales woman put a veil on me, it just made it all real to me. I loved that veil, it was a single tier, comb veil with simple rhinestones along the "unfinished" edge.

I love it until I saw the price tag. $325!! There is no way that I am paying that much for something that costs $25 to make. I just can't bring myself to do it!

I found a website that shows you how to make your own veil. I have purchased ivory tulle and I need to get a comb and some rhinestones.

Just wondering if any of you have tried to make your own veils and how they turned out.
