Wedding Planner
I think I've found my lifesaver!

Well, I tried to be a DIY bride and I'm just not cut out for the job. After the frustration of my venue having a wedding the day before mine and not allowing me the space to rehearse, I decided I need someone more suited for staying on top of my vendors. I called around yesterday and today and I have chosen one I like and we're meeting Friday for a formal consultation. I already feel at ease after hearing everything she can do for me and my FH! I don't know how you DIY brides do it, but more power to you! I wish I had the talent and patience, but I wasn't graced with that gift. I do love reading about all the talented WBC ladies, though! Love you girls!

LOL, it's all about organization. The planning is the easy part. You will find out that many brides will hire a day of wedding planner or have someone thy know do it, because even a DIY bride....can't do it all.

I personally don't want to spend the money for a planner when I already know exactly what I want. I hope your planner does and good job :-)

@glamdivabride  I felt the same way once.  I didn't want to fork out the extra money when I knew what I wanted.  I have a feeling now, though, that it will be the best money I've spent, LOL.

Yay! Thats great!! I think that if you would be more relaxed and happier with a wedding planner doing the work then DO IT! A wedding should be a happy thing to plan and not a nightmare. Don't feel bad about not DIY everything... You can still DIY the occasional thing that pops up!
