i think it is cute... but i understand where he is coming from with the "party" wording. If it is informal then by all means keep it, but if its not.....

reception invite wording...
i am inviting people only to the reception portion of the evening. so, i need to make up different invites for them. im having an issue with how to word their invites tho. this is what i was thinking of putting:
monica bartlett & korey staffen invite you to come party with them in celebration of their marriage august 30, 2008 8:00pm ...my FH thought it sounded funny tho. what do you girls think?? tags:

see thats my issue! im not sure if its formal or informal..lol..its kinda in between i think. but it might sound ok if i just say HEY YOU'RE INVITED TO THE RECEPTION. haha...end of discussion! hahaha.. if only it were that easy!
