The venue can hold a big party up to 220 guests. The ceremony can fit 200 white folding chairs and the venue was willing to rent extra chairs at Pattersons without charging me (coz they only have 150 or so). 3) The minimum food purchase is below a lot of other venues. A lot of the places in the Lower Mainland requires at least $8000 spent on food but this place was a lot less. 4) Excellent services: the venue has a designated wedding coordinator to organize everything you need (i.e. table arrangements, food menu) 5) An executive room for the bride with her own bathroom (no need to share with other guests in the common washroom) 6) Excellent food: Have great selection of hor o'deuvres and they taste very good. All my guests were very happy especially they set up a food station (not displaying all food orders) and refills when it runs out. 7) You can bring in your own wedding cake and the venue gives you the option to serve it yourself or serve by them at a cost All in all, i had a great wedding there because of their excellent services! It was worth the money!]]> Banquet - Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/20 http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/20 Wed, 30 Aug 2006 16:55:00 PST www.sunsuiwah.com Thisrestaurant has two locations in Vancouver. One in Richmond and one inVancouver. Some say Richmond has greater food and others say Vancouveris better. I think i've solved the myth... if you order the 2ndbest or the best wedding banquet menu, the food will taste fabulous! If you order the 3rd or 4th best, the food is not as tasty andsometimes cold. My husband & i were really thankful that we didn'thave a lot of guests at the end and can afford the 2nd best menu.Everyone had a great time eating the food coz it was served hot and ontime. The great thing about the restaurant at Richmond is: 1) no pillars 2) free LCD Projector & sound system 3) free bride room with lock 4)great captain who coordinates well with our wedding manager. Everythingwas on scheduled and the captain was very responsible in asking mywedding manager all the time whether to serve the next dish. This isnot my first time hearing how good this restaurant coordinates and meetthe wedding party's schedule needs. 5) Fabulous service by all staffs]]> Invitation - My favourite card designs http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/14 http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/14 Tue, 15 Aug 2006 03:12:00 PST www.passing-notes.com - Hong Kong Wedding invitation prints: www.kamdo.com.hk http://www.davidhot.com.hk http://www.joyscard.com www.h2cards.com]]> Wedding Dress - my favourite dresses http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/13 http://www.weddingbycolor.com/carol529/milestones/13 Mon, 14 Aug 2006 18:19:00 PST Alfred Sung - Richmond Group - Justina Mccaffrey - Vera Wang - Lazaro Bridal - Melissa Sweet]]>
