We're just under 10 months to go and it's time to get my behind back in gear on this DIY stuff. I spent all of August focusing on getting my classroom running smoothly, but I'm ready to roll in September.
I finally gave in and purchased the 6-inch styrofoam balls to make the pomanders. I've been holding out for a good sale at Hobby Lobby, but Michael's had them for only $4.99 so I gave in and bought 12 of them. I can't really work on them after work, and now that football season is beginning that limits my free time (GO VOLS). Hopefully between our long fall break and the Thanksgiving Break I'll be able to finish them.
The FH has been hard at work on finding a honeymoon deal. Right now our favorite is the Galley Bay Resort in Antigua. I've always loved those Rondovals that Sandals specialize in, but he prefers a resort that's a bit more secluded and intimate. Would love to hear feedback from anyone who's been to Antiuga or St. John's!
Time to get busy!
