Ummm......can you say tacky??? I hope you are not seriously planning on using one of these responses. It may be ok for a birthday party (or the tv show Big Redneck Wedding) but NOT for an elegant classy affair.
Umm...can you say rude. I thought they were entertaining too. When you make things fun, people are more likely to do them. Check out thefuntheory.com to see what I mean (the piano stairs are awesome BTW!).
i wish i had seen these before i sent out all my invites...our wedding guests would totally get a kick out of these! guess all my guests are really tacky, just like me!!
These are cute. If sent these out my entire family would say of Jenn did this that little smart ass lol!!! Im serious I think humor is one of the best things you could own! Yes weddings are formal but they dont have to be stiff!!!!! Tacky is tan lines in wedding pics!!!! This is cute!
I love this! I'm going to have to conder it when the time comes! As for bitchybridetobe yeah, I went there. How about you take a big ol' cup of shut the %&$# up and have a sence of humour! Just sayin..also, log in like a mature person or use your real name. I could totally get away it since both sides have sence of HUMOUR.
lol these are cute! I like the last one. I agree with the girls, if you put a little humor in it, i think the guests will actually take the time to send them back! :) Not tacky at all!! Great finds..
these are super cute and funny! and to the rude chick at the top - chillax. last time i checked weddings are about the people getting married. They may be formal, but they should reflect the couple and the feel desired for the affair. love and laughter and enjoying each others company is rather the point, if it isn't, why bother?
Ha Ha Ha Ha.... OMG, love it!! Just like tholmen08, I'm a little late seeing this post but I was searching for some original ideas for my response cards. These are great. I'm not using any of them cuz I already sort of have in mind what I'm using but I still think they're great. I'm sure the bride and groom who choose to use these would have an awesome reception. Lots of fun I'm sure!
I can't stop laughing at some of these. They are so original! Please let me know where you found the fourth one w/ the map and the fill in the blanks. I want to borrow that design and tweak it!!

angel - aww im sorry I dont where I found it!! mustve been one of my big searches!! it was soo long ago that I posted this. If you enlarge it you can save the picture tho!
I was the bride that used one of the rsvp (ours is the next to last...gladfully attend...regretfully decline...regretfully attend...etc.
Just for everyones information (cause I know folks are curious) we received a lot of really great responses on it plus some people even added their own. It set the tone and let people know it was going to be a casual affair.
We had a beautiful wedding at our friend's vacation home in the country and everyone still talks about how much fun they had at our wedding. ESPECIALLY the men, which I think is hysterical.
Our wedding invitations were made by Hatch Show Prints in Nashville, I bought flowers to decorate with but the wild flowers were still in full bloom so we used them for all of the table decor. We made a LONG table out of 2x4s and heavy grade plywood and a bunch of benches. After the wedding it was disassembled and is going to be used to add on to our friend's home.
Maybe if I was doing some formal church wedding it would have been slightly inappropriate. But , ya know what, I probably would have sent it anyway because I'm just that much of a smartass.
Thankyouverymuch.
Oh and we didn't do bouquet tosses or first dances either. My husband and the majority of the people attending the wedding are musicans so after everyone changed into comfortable clothes the players retired to the back porch and played music until about 3 am and the rest of the party danced on our really well built table..including a couple of the dogs. I doesn't matter how you plan your wedding. Just do what feels right to you and your fiance. In the end you will still be MARRIED and isn't that what matters the most?
Carla........ I still think these are great! Like I said in my original comment, "I'm sure the bride and groom who choose to use these would have an awesome reception. Lots of fun I'm sure!" And you did!! Congrats :)
I think that these are a great idea because they catch your attention and make it fun to respond so maybe more people will do so and on time.
I think they are cute, because like others said maybe people will actually send them back!!
bridetobe - lighten up .. I MEAN REALLY!? ..and who are you ?
Great find ccranetobe :) as always.
Guess that makes me tacky... and darn proud of it! hehe
i think these are brilliant.
LOVE the bell one! My whole family would crack up with these, and are totally us! Thanks for the laughs!
