Well sorry i have been MIA! I have been on the hunt for my bridesmaids dresses. They just shipped out on Friday 5/8 and arrived on Monday 5/11....Whew! Talk about bridezilla???? These dresses were ordered on November 30 and were due back in February well after a million phone calls we finally got them. However, the bridal shop only wants to offer me 15% off...WTF? Not! we have got to work up a better deal than that. I have had too many sleepless nights behind this drama.. I am so ready to get these 17 days over. Everything is finally falling in line.

Wedding Cake
Simple.......
I like these cakes however maybe not as many layers for the first one. II hate the flowers on the cake. They will definitely be different. The groom cake may not have the extreme topping either.

Ok. So I ordered this personalized bell today. Is it too much???? It is crystal and I think it is beautiful. I plan to dress it up with nice color coordinating ribbon. What do you guys think?

Throughout the wedding I want to stick with Monogram. The invitation, aisle runner, cake, napkins, etc. The letter "C" in Edwardian Script is beautiful.

Wedding Reception
At the local Country Club
My reception will be at the local country club. These photos are from a previous pink wedding held at the venue. There will be seating for 150+ guests. I will be using ivoring linen with mocha and champagne tie backs, with similar centerpieces. There will be a candy buffet for the guests. I will post that later......

Finally!
today is the day! i got engaged today. i am looking forward to planning. i havent told all of my family yet but, so far congrads!!!! my family will be getting together for Sunday dinner tomorrow on Mother's Day and i will make the big announcement.
