Wedding Diet
MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE
I have always had a problem with weight. It fluctuates DRASTICALLY and I can't control it. Whenever I gain a lot, I don't feel as if I've been eating more. Whenever I lose a lot, I know I haven't dieted. Well, I really want to be a good size for the wedding. Honestly, I just want to be healthy and look good anyway, but I really want it to happen before the wedding. This is the first time I've ever really tried to lose weight and I am failing miserably. I don't know if it's what I'm doing or metabolism, or, most likely, lack of will power. If anyone has any healthy, long-lasting tips or advice for my dilemma, I would LOVE to hear.

Check out my site on here. I am having the same problem.Well i dont think "diets work" just eat better. Walk at least 30-40 minutes a day to lose wieght, U have got to limit sugar though. A lot of food items have lots of sugar in them and people arent aware it turns it to fat afterwords.  I stay away from anything fried. George Foreman is my best friend now! Everything is grilled. TONS of veggies and salads. I drink 8-10 16oz bottles of water a day. No sodas..... instead of white rice, try steamed brown rice. brown bread, not white bread... YOu will do fine. But definatly KEEP moving. YOu have to excercise, for long results. you can have a burger, but have a turkey burger instead! Less fat...:=)

I'm a personal trainer, so I hear this from my clients EVERY DAY.  I know it is something that is really hard, I used to struggle with my weight too.  The best advice I can give you is EXERCISE! When calories out > calories in, you lose weight!  If you don't already exercise or have a membership to a gym, start with just 10 minute bouts of things like walking (at a quick pace), biking, or doing jumping jacks.  Build up to doing 3-4 10 minute bouts a day and you'll lose more calories than you would from dieting. "Dieting" is a misconception-yes, you do want to reduce your calories, but dieting alone won't help much.  Go to mypyramidtracker.gov and track your food for a week.  It will tell you how many calories you consume daily and what kinds of food you have too much of or lack.  With a good baseline, try to cut your daily amount of calories by 200-500 a day (start with 200 then build up to 500).  While eating "healthy" is important, don't deprive yourself of what you want, just know that eating a cookie will count towards your daily calories and you won't feel quite as full.  Feel free to e-mail me, I'd be happy to check in a few times a week if you need motivation...that's my job so I'm pretty used to it : )

I can't help you...but I feel your pain! Maybe we could try some kind of diet/exercise program together... you know...be each other's support.

My FI struggles with the same! I feel both your pain, but when his weight was down it was because he was running (walking works too) 3 days a week and on a no soda diet... But I would take
vsquared1011 advise! She seems to know the stuff! But FYI - all your pictures are beautiful so no matter the outcome - you'll still look great!

You may want to consider seeing a doctor if you cant explain your weight losses and gains.  They shouldnt be so
