For those of you who are having problems delegating... Here's a step by step instruction list you can fill out and give to the person who you'll be delegating to.

You'll do it first, write out your instructions, take a picture, thenI figured it would be nice to get the materials together in a bag and give it to your BMs . Honestly, I'd make them do one with me, then send them on their way. Give them a date you need them back (that's IF they're willing to help out), and be done with it. You'll have done all you can to make it perfect, AND you'll be able to focus on something else.
