This is clw64208's Blue Wedding!

What do you guys think about these hairstyles. The half up/half down hair would be for me and the updo for my bridesmaids. Any comments are much appreciated.

I thought I had already found my flowers...but I was wrong. When I see saw these...I knew I had finally found my flowers! I am soooo relieved. For some reason...the flowers have been the hardest decision planning this whole wedding.

So I decided against the chocolate fountains and am being a bit more traditional with an actual wedding cake. I found my cake at Cinderella Cakes in Costa Mesa, Ca. I love it! We went to 4 different places last Saturday and I was confident all 4 could make this cake...but the deciding factor was the white chocolate chunk with rasberry chambord filling. I fell in love! None of the other cake flavors could compare. I'm so excited. We are also doing a fire themed groom's cake for my firefighter fiance! The main cake will feed 100 and the groom's cake will feed about 48...so with our guest count growing up to 150 we should be fine.

These are pretty simple invitations, we are going to incorporate our wedding color using a colored ribbon and ink.

OKay...so I am totally perplexed on the subject of veils.
They all just seem so flat and boring and not original. I guess there's not too much you can do to a veil though. So out of curiousity and seeing ones I thought I would like...I just ordered one online. Take a look and tell me how you think it will look with my dress. So confusing. I know I don't like long ones, or the blushers...but seriously...veils are so confusing.

I absolutely love my ring and Robbins Bros. was more than helpful with everything. Their service was amazing, and so is my ring.

Brandon and I have only know eachother a little over a year. We met last year (2006) at a Halloween party. Halloween is my favorit holiday, I just love dressing up. Anyways, things moved pretty quickly with us and within 6 months I was moving from Los Angeles to Orange County to live with him. New job, new home, new love, and new county. Lots to get used to...but he made it so easy. This past Halloween we were going to be attending the same halloween party we did last year, it's on a huge yacht with a ton of people. Brandon's friend knew the guy that throws the party, he got us on the boat first and when we went out on the deck there was a huge banner asking if I would marry him. It was amazing. It took me at least 10 minutes to say yes! I was so shocked and happy.

I found my dress and I am absolutely in love with it. If you haven't checked out Sophia Tolli's dresses, I would highly recommend it.
