We are going to be doing a two entree buffet. For our meat we will be having Cordon Blue and carved ham! It's nice that they will have someone out there carving!
For our veggie we will be having green bean cassarole and our 3 salads we will be having a garden salad, italian rotini, and mixed fruit. We might not be having the mixed fruit though...becauseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......... We decided to have FONDUE! Yummmmmmmy! Everyone knows where to find me all night!!!! Hahaha...It is expensive...But I want it! We have the choice of 4 things for dipping in chocolate so we will probably do strawberries, grahm crackers, marshmellows, and either pretzels or pineapple or something of that nature. Getting hungry just thinking about all of it!

I CANT BELIEVE I FORGOT WEDDING POTATOES TO BOOT! Haha...Well.."Party potatoes"...It's not the kind I wanted...But it will HAVE to do!!
