DIY Wedding
Pocketfold Invitations

I just wanted to ask your help in the process of creating my wedding invitations. The invitation will be printed on a silver metallic cardstock. RSVP will be an insert that will be printed on purple metallic cardstock and the reception insert will be printed on silver metallic cardstock.

My questions are... on the invitation, do I need a comma after the year? and do I add directions on the reception card or should that be a separate insert? RSVP card... I know RSVP should be written in caps but will it be ok that I write it in lower case?

Let me know what I should change or add. Please give me feedback. If you think something should be reworded or changed or revised, please do not hesitate to let me know

Yes, I did this all on my own.  This took hours and hours to complete.  I researched and added many fonts and designs off the net.

niiiice......im not very good at grammer so I couldnt answer your comma question, but a comma looks more professional in my opinion....I think the directions could go either way either on the reception card, or on a separate piece of paper...I kind of like how it looks on the reception card because its one card and you dont have to worry about having too many papers to save...But It does look more professional if its on a separate paper....but if it were me, id go with keeping it on one card just cuz Im the type that would rather have all my info on one paper...you should make a free wedding website and post more elaborate directions on there as well =)

Thanks for the suggestion.  I actually already have a  free wedding site but didn't think of adding directions on there.  Thats a GREAT IDEA.  SEE, this is why I love tis site!!

You did a wonderful job, yes leave the comma after the year and I think the reception directions should be on another card

i think the comma after the year is fine. I would put your directions on a separate insert. I think the RSVP looks fine the way it is. Your invitations look great and will look extra good once they are printed out on the fancy paper!!

tfdbride2011, I just emailed it to the yahoo account. Let me know if u need anything else or have question about the documents I sent u? Oh wait!! I almost forgot. They might not come out the way I have them posted here because of the different fonts I used. If you do not have those fonts added to ur word processor, the documents will not look the same. They will look disoriented as I emailed them to someone before and that's the way they came out.  You might have to add the fonts I used to ur word processor. They were all free and easy to download off the net. Let me know

Thank you.  The design on top is actually two designs in one.  For the names I used Chopin script.
