divebride, yes, all by myself...LOTS of work. I did 16 of them. The size of the foam ball is 10' at Micheals for $20 but used a 50% off coupon. Hoe many flowers you ask? A MILLION...LOL. I don't know the exact number. I would just add, and add, and add until it was completely full.
