Wedding Dinner

The night before the big wedding day. I was thinking about doing a dinner for close reliative as in Aunts, uncles, grandparents, family, and close frineds. Kenton and I came up close to 100 guests. I about feel to the ground and that's only close relatives. I never knew that both Kenton and I had such BIG families. Oh well! That's what happens.

I was leaning more toward Hawiian Hay Stacks. First off it's an easy meal. We could having things such as White rice, Pinapple, rasins, Coconut, Chickent, etc. Easy meal to put together. I will have to see how much Kentons mom likes the idea. It will make me happy if it is a GO for the wedding. Cross the little fingers and hopefully we will get it. Sigh! So much planning to do.
