So ive always had huge arms... i know info commercials are so addicting.. anywho i just bought one...

6 mins.. i figured why not i have 30 day to return it. So i did it and my arms hurt. It hurts to type haha..

I will keep everyone posted. Anyone try this?

Ive always wanted to try it they sell them at my sisters walmart and i have been so tempted to buy one please share if it does work

My FH and I saw the infomercial for this and couldn't stop laughing while watching the guys use it. We couldn't keep our heads out of the gutter...especially when they would shake it in their lower region. Haha I'm laughing just thinking about it! It looks like it would be a great workout for the arms though! Hopefully it works.

I have one.. that 6 mins has me burnin every time... I am like stop!!!

I saw this post the other day and didn't comment b/c i had no clue what it was.. I saw the info comm. yesterday! soooo funny, but totally makes sense! Let us know how it works... I just may have to get one! lol I'm an up and down weight loser.. and my arms are horrible right now.. but 2 summers ago, there was nooooo flab.. and I used to take two five pound weights behind my head every day and do small pumps from behind my head to above my head... totally works!

I have one and I've had it now for about 2 monhts. It hurts but it does work if you use it. That 6 mins sounds short but beleive me it's a process!!! i mean my poor arms felt like someone hit me with a hammer the forst week. but I can see the tone and with my other exercises i can feel the burn!!! It's fun and even my daughter walks around the house with it shaking like she has some arms to tone up!!

I haven't used this, but just had to comment...did you see the SNL skit about this? It was hilarious!

If your arms are aching, its working, so I'd keep it up! :)
