We will be using this option, so we can enjoy taking additional photos after the wedding.

Assorted Puff Pastry & Quiche
Baked Cheddar Cheese Straws
Cocktail Franks en Croûte
Fried Ravioli, Marinara Sauce
Vegetables Tempura
Latkes, Applesauce
Cantonese Egg Rolls, Duck Sauce
Coconut Chicken, Sweet & Sour Sauce

We're having a cocktail hour...it's pretty much traditional where I'm at. I love the variety on your menu :-)

We had one too and it's truly nice to have this available for your guests. After the ceremony we took pics afterwards for an hour and a half while the guests went to the reception and enjoyed themselves. It was wonderful and a good stalling technique. Perfect to have this! By the way, I am watering in the mouth over your menu! WOW!

We will also be having a cocktail hour. It really doeshelp to keep your guest happy until the pictures are done. Your menu does have a good variety!!

We're having one :) were going to use this time for pictures. Our guests will be entertained by mariachis and food. Well be serving coconut chicken satay, teriyaki beef satay, crab and cream cheese rangoons and a fruit, cheese and cracker display.
