OMFG! This is the funnest, cutest wedding related movie ever!!
I mean NOTHING disrespectful by this, I promise. I just read a post that mentioned..."They can wear it again"...and I lost it! I was cracking up! I am so sorry if I make anyone mad...LMAO! But sorry. I SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT MY BRIDESMAID DRESSES! And so did every bride in this movie and probably this site!! And the famous, "they can alter it and make it short to wear again." Sad/funny part, they probably won't! Of course they will agree with us, they are our closest friends, and they love us! I just had to post this. Lucky groomsmen and their rented tuxedos! Again, NOTHING bad intended on or to anyone, it just so damn funny if you've seen the movie! I love my bridesmaids!! If you get a chance, have a movie night with your girls and watch it together! |

I was thinking the same thing when I was writing it, but in this case, Im just quoting what my girls said as they picked out the dress.

this was a very cute movie, i ♥ it && actually bought it for my bridesmaids!!
i thought about that too, i have bridesmaid dresses i never worn again.....so when picking mine, i thought black would be better....Yeah Yeah some people think black is for funerals, if that is the case why do most black gowns look so elegant??? So after search hours and hours I found something that was pleasing to the bridesmaids in price ($68 per dress) and met the needs of what i would like to see them wear. Plus its a dress they could potentially wear again! Of course I would love to see my bridesmaids in beautiful 200 dollar dresses....but when it comes down to it I want them to be comfortable and not having sepnd money on something they might never wear again.
Acutally, now that I see my girls' dresses....they are awful!! HAHA!! They were all out of town, I found them online, and the pic was cute, but the day of the wedding was the first day I had seen them on!!
But I do know the Best Girl in black will wear her's again. She asked if she could wear it before the wedding!!

Thanks for your comments. I love how you put up pictures of your wedding. It looks like you had the most perfect weather. I was looking at your flowers and noticed RED lilies! How beautiful. I wonder if they make turquoise ones, I know for sure they have brown ones, but either way they are so hard to get in Utah, even the white ones. I have to admit, when I was picking out my bridemaid's dress I thought the EXACT same thing as well haha. Congrats!
