I know that I haven't posted in a very long time. I have been really busy as most of you have. I must say that the WBC family is the BOMB. I have gotten so much help from the brides on line here. I really appreciate everything.

Well we finally took a few shots to blow up and use at the reception. Nothing much but just wanted to share.

Would you like to be on WEtv's hit series "My Fair Wedding"? We're casting now for new brides!! If you are getting married between March and mid-May 2009 in the New York and Philadelphia area, and you need David Tutera's help, let us know! Tell us the date of your wedding and send us a brief description of your wedding plans, along with photos of what you already have. You must be open to changes three weeks prior to your big day. Please note, if selected, we will spend at least 6 days filming with you and at least 3 of those days will be week days leading up to your wedding.

We Did it!!
Ty and I moved into our new home. This is the first home that we have shared together. It is a wonderful feeling to achieve a goal together. We have been engaged for two years partly due to the fact that we could not afford to purchase the home and pay for the wedding in the same year. Hence our upcoming nuptials in the year 2009.

We are all settled in and very excited to share our lives together. I never dreamed that GOD had this planned for me. We are truly blessed.

Well to cut cost I....like a lot of other brides have chosen to use candles instead of flowers. I have purchased a few column vases from the dollar store and IKEA. Any ideas on where else I can purchase expensive column vases??? Any brides out there looking to sell their used ones?? I saw a posting on Craigslist but unfortunately they were sold by the time I contacted the seller.

I also under estimated the cost of candles. They aren't as cheap when you are purchasing several of them at once. Is it at all tacky to use a lot more tea lights and votives to save money? What do you think???

The Proposal
Just another lazy Sunday
SOOOO..... Ty and I have been engaged since October of 2006, and we are FINALLY!!!! taking the steps to plan our wedding!
He proposed to me at my townhome on a lazy Sunday evening! I knew it was coming I just didnt know when and it was KILLING me... I'm so happy that we are moving foward and have booked our venue. It's offical we will be getting hitched on August 28, 2009.
