we are supplying all the mix and alcohol for our wedding so I need a list of how much stuff I should buy. The pop/soda and juice will be used for the kids and non drinkers along with for the mix. I am supplying

2L of coke, diet coke, sprite, ice tea
Orange juice, cranberry juice, clamato juice
cans of tonic water, soda water

Can anyone tell me how many of each I should have for a wedding of 160 people????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! I need to buy this all right away. thanks!

I used to have a perfect guide for this, but I gave the book away. Go to borders or whatever bookstore you have nearby, and look in 'wedding planning for dummies'. There's a good explanation of what to have an how much for each guest.

We had our Stag and Doe of probably just over 100 people and bought over 20 bottles of pop. I also bought about 6 cans of juice to make. We had WAY too much but just returned the leftover pop afterward. I just searched the flyers for the deals and waited until mix was on sale.

Thanks girls, I hope I get enough. I guess if i ran out I could always go to the store if its not too late. EEEK lol

The evite calculator is pretty accurate I think, and I always think too much is better than too little!!! Good idea to wait for deals or just go to Costco - they don't have 2L bottles, but cans can work just as well and don't go flat!
