DIY - Very Small Vases

I've been going around and around thinking of creative ideas for some favors. I don't really want to give candy/food b/c I'm planning on having a candy bar. I don't have a set theme, either, so nothing jumps out to me, like jelly or tea, etc... I love tea but it's not really something that expresses my FH and I BOTH.

I had planned to make my own oil diffusers with reeds and vases as part of my centerpieces. I found a source online where you can find oils that imitate popular scents, and one of my FH's favorite scents (and mine as well) is Victoria's Secret "Lovespell" which is available from the same site.
My idea was to make small versions, instead, so I could have one at each place setting that could be taken home as favors. So far the cost of the reeds and oil is minimal (under $100 total for 150)
Where I'm stumped is where to find small vessels for the oil. It only needs to be very small since I intend to put .5 oz or less in each (1 Tbsp.) My first thought was to find small vases, but the lowest price I can find is still more than $1/ea. I would love to find them for under $1. It doesn't have to be too fancy, it just needs to be able to contain the oil and not be perishable (I considered materials such as cardboard, but it would absorb the oil)

I wondered if anyone had any suggestions for me? I'm VERY open to creative ideas. It doesn't HAVE to be a vase, just something like a small tube with a bottom on it, or a tiny, tiny bowl, etc... I've even considered a thimble, but that doesn't save money and it isn't completely flat on the bottom.

PS - the links are to photos that show some of my favorite so far but are at least $2/ea and I don't need a place for name cards. The picture displayed is the cheapest I've found, but isn't really what I'm looking for (it's bigger than I'd like and I'm not sure I want them to be clear, but I can't really be picky :D)
