We're Pregnant
....the greatest gift in the world!







I got the news recently. I am pregnant. My husband is so happy and he is acting so crazy, he is driving me crazy. I was already told that this baby will come out looking just like him because of it. He doesnt have any children and is extremely happy and he is ready for this. Asking what took so long??? I am about 6 weeks preggers. The baby will be due in early january. I am excited to go ahead and get our bundle of joy out of the way.

We will be having a baby before our first anniversary. Honestly, I kinda wanted to wait at least a year and just enjoy being married, but tell him that. My daughter is a little excited but she is jealous too. She has been the only child for so long she doent know how to handle it yet. My kids will be 10 years apart? go figure?

I know I have been incognito from the blog lately but hey, my life is changing rapidly and I will still come back to check on you ladies and I have to see about Miss Rhonda getting married this month!
We should be moving into a house by the end of the month, hey that's next week! it's gonna be hard for me to move stuff and I'm pregnant .

I'm kinda scared because I already know to go through a pregnancy is a big sacrifice and I am an emotional ball of nerves now, anything can set me off. I'm ready to do this though, ready to bring new life into the world. My parents and his parents were expecting a baby and they are getting it a lot sooner than they thought! YEAH!

Congrats Danielle!!!  I know Mario must be sooo excited since this will be his first child and since he's getting to have a baby come into this world alot sooner than you might have expected!!  I know you might have wanted to wait a little bit longer, but it's still just such a blessing for both of you and like you said, there will already be 10 years apart between your daughter and the new baby, so maybe it's honestly better not to wait, right??!!  Congrats again to you both!! ;-)

I can't believe this! I don't email you for a few months and now I find out how you have been filling your time!?! LOL Congratulations Baby Girl! Now I am going to tell you this only once, if you can hold it in till January 27, the baby will be so very grateful! LOL

They grow out of the selfish only child stage and accept that the family is getting bigger. Let her know that being a big sister has its perks too. She will get to find out things earlier than the baby since she is more mature. She has someone that she can boss around. She can start using the phrase "I remember when I was your age!" I think that you should talk up the big sister things that are fun and you think that she will enjoy. (And what female doesn't like knowing things before someone else?!?)

OMG I am so happy for you.  You are such an awson person and I love to hear your good news.  I know how yo feel with the big gap, my two are eight years apart and I was going a little crazy a first but it gets better.  My son past his jealous stage quickly while I was pregnant but it came back once my daughter was born it didn't last long once I explained they were both loved and let him help out as much as he wanted he was good, actually became a little over protective of her.
