Budget
I was just wondering from all the diva brides to be how hard has it been to create your budget and stick to it? I know personally I would never have thought I would be DIY almost half of my wedding. I have been tempted to splurge and say the heck with the budget or are you sticking to your guns?

Small Church
Our church is a small family church, did i mention that it does not have a center aisle. Which is not really a big deal, we have worked that out, seating & bride entrance. I plan on having a monogram aisle runner but I'm looking around for pew decorations other than pew bows and just draping of tulle. I have found a few pictures courtsey of the Knot, flowers with pew cones.
I have decided to do the cones as DIY using really nice choc & ivory card stock, my question is instead of using petals (pink) which is an option what type of small silk flowers would look nice? |

Groomsmen Gifts
What to get?
Me & the FI have started looking for nice items for his groomsmen. So far we have come up on the short end of the stick either cuff links are too much or they look silly. Since they don't drink, the old fashion flask or beer mug is out.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I'm not thiking outside the box?? Finding items for my ladies have been no problem at all. Help |

Make-up Professional or DIY
I know this questions has been asked many of times but how diva brides out there are going to get they make-up done professional or DIY? Me for one I don't wear make-up out side of lip gloss which I LOVE!! and some mascara. I don't want to look all caked up but I don't want to look plain in the pictures.
Just a thought for this morning. |

So I am not the most DIY bride around, I promised myself I would attempt a couple of projects and a card box is one of them. I found a picture that I thought would be fairly easy. So my question of many is where do I purchase the box, do spray paint it or rollar paint etc... Can somone please point me in the right direction?
