My DIY Petal Cones

My Mom and I finally finished the petal cones. Lot's of work, but I think they turned out great. Our florist had suggested placing a little note on the petal cones so people would know to throw the petals. I think the note added just the right touch to the cones. My girlfriend was so upset at her wedding when no one threw the petals, so hopefully with the little note people won't forget!

those look so great! i'd also suggest making sure a few close family members know exactly when you want them to start tossing petals so when the moment is right they will start tossing, giving everyone else the cue to throw their petals too.

cute! Like sarahdarling said, make sure a few people know to do it, then everyone will follow!

deangela82, I just used a scrapbooking paper that was a little bit more on the thinner side and not so thick & card stocky.
