Engagement

I'M ENGAGED, WBC!!! IT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!

My time has finally come and I'm now engaged for the past 13 hours. Yesterday was my birthday and we went to dinner and took the ferry boat in downtown. I knew it was going to happen, but it didn't yet. We did the ferry cruise and I was freezing! We walked around the marina afterwards and he still didn't propose! As we got into the car, I could feel my eyes filling up with tears of disappointment as he went to the trunk and came back with a bouquet of red roses and a big bow, got on his knee near my side of the car and proposed! Andre said, "Baby, you know I love you right?" I answered yes, with tears in my eyes. "I want to be with you for the rest of my life and I'm so happy and honored to ask you, will you marry me?" My jaw neary dropped as he opened up the black velvet box from his jacket. The ring nearly blinded me! He placed it on my finger and I hugged the #%*T out of him! We both cried together for a good 10 minutes.

Watch out now? I think this is going to be an emotional wedding.

We've known each other for 3 years in January, been through so much together. I'm so happy! I'm engaged!!!!

3. Decide on our theme, which is Sage and Red
4. Invitations
5. Bridal Shower (Co-ed or NOT)
6. Cocktails, Champagne & Hors'douvres, Sit down dinner or buffet
