Scrapbooks at Reception?
Good Idea?
I've made my FH a scrapbook for Christmas '07, and I plan on making updating pages including ones about our engagement, and everything since then. So I was going to make myself a scrapbook, and have them both on display on a table at our reception. I thought this would be a neater idea than just having picture frames with pictures of us growing up till now on them. Any comments or suggestions on this?

Sorry, just to clarify - you made one of just him growing up and you want to make one of you growing up as well? It sounds like a good idea. Instead of making two seperates ones, you could make one of you guys growing up and then the later pages having you guys together throughout your relationship, but if you already have his made, your idea sounds good too.

His has him growing up (family/school/extra curricular photos), and then it goes into us dating and our special events together, and I was going to do the similar thing with mine to show the different perspectives.

This is a cool idea.

My daughter had a class project to do about us and it was from birth to adulthood. She was told she could present it however she wanted and we did scrapbooks (as a family project) that covered all the information they wanted. It turned out really awesome. I'd be happy to share the questions/thoughts we had...

I am not having a big wedding or I would definitely display them!
