My maid of Honour Daisy and I went to Dessert Trends for a cake tasting and to meet with Chef Don. They presented four different cake/icing flavour options for us to try and lets just say we had no trouble finishing all samples. When I mentioned that Bryan and I love carrot cake Chef Don left the table and came back with a hugh piece of carrot cake for us to try. As we discussed the cake design Chef Don was sketching it out on paper and it turned out perfect and exactly what I wanted. I love white piping on the white cake in the photo attached and he incorporated those designs into our three tier round wedding cake. The flavours we chose were carrot cake with mascarpone icing, vanilla cake with raspberry and mango filling, and chocolate cake with chocolate and caramel filling. Better than any other cake we had tried at the wedding shows, I would highly recommend Chef Don.
