Reception: Added Touches
Slipper/Flip Flop Basket keeps the people movin!
This is my slippers and flip flop basket for the reception. I am going to place this in the women's bathroom. When ladies get sore feet and need to kick off their heels there will be a basketful of comfy slippers and flip flops (of course in my wedding colours green and ivory!) for them to slide into and keep on dancing into the night!

The poem in the frame reads:

"All night you've been on your feet,
Dancing to the music's beat,
But don't sit down and admit defeat,
Kick off your heels and enjoy this treat!
Compliments of the Newlyweds"

Hopefully this keeps the party hoppin' until they kick us out of the place! =0)

hey Erin, I have a question, where did you find the flip flops and slippers? where they cheap, I am think ing about doing this in my wedding but I dont want to spend too much

We picked the flip flops up from Old Navy when they were on a 3 pairs for $7.00 deal.  I don't know where the slippers came from, my mom picked those up.  I think they may have been homemade ones from a crafters market.
