We had our cake taste testing on this past weekend. So wonderful! We ordered our cake from Irresistable Cakes (www.icakes.ca). You get a 25% off discount if you book with them during a bridal show, so do it then if possible!

The picture doesn't do it justice, because my scanner just sucks! The cake is 5 layers of ivory fondant icing with moss green swirls on 3 of the layers and a green satin ribbon on 2 of the layers. Ours will have a dome of pale green sugar roses on the top layer.

I fell in love with this cake the moment I saw it, and all the flavours were delicious!

When you did it with different types of fruit, did you put the bottle of vodka in the watermelon before cutting it, then add the other fruit, juice and rum?
