We had dinner after the speeches & I can remember feeling like a little girl wanting to go play. I ate my food as fast as I could & half way through my plate I said to Vic “Can I go now?” hahaha I was just having so much fun chatting to everyone & dancing. Hubby & I also did d few turns on the dance floor. It was so much fun, I can remember at a stage I was on the dance floor & I looked at how many people were dancing & I thought, “This is so nice, We are so blessed” We had no need to get people in a party mood, they were all having a great time, and that is exactly what we wanted!

It was time for the Garter & Bouquet throw. What a laugh. We have these friends of ours that have been together for a while & we know they want to get engaged, so we all planned that I would throw the bouquet in her direction & the girls would make it easy for her. HAHAHA it worked Melanie caught the bouquet. So cute. Unfortunately her boyfriend didn’t catch the garter. Michael did, what a laugh, He always catches the garters at weddings.
I suppose it was just meant to be coz just after we got married, Melanie got engaged to her boyfriend & their wedding will take place this year Dec.
