Ten Week's to Success

Hey brides! (and any others here). I wanted to post about my experience with this program, www.tenweekturnaround.com

Over the course of the 10 weeks, I lost 16lbs, lots of inches & gained a new outlook on life!! I continued the lifestyle changes & lost a total of almost 40lbs. I am going to be completing the 10 week program again (would LOVE buddies!!) to hit my goal weight (another 35 lbs.)

I would highly recommend checking out this as an option in aiding you with weightloss, etc... Anyone interested in joining me?

It is a $99 program, but includes sooo much & is absolutely worth every penny! Let me know if you want to be buddies for the 10 weeks!

PS. Yes, it is me in the DVD. My personal trainer started this program. She was obese & this is how she changed her life for good. She has an unbelievably realistic view on weight & lifestyle in general. Hope you all can enjoy this program the way I have!
