Warning! Warning! :)
♥DIY Swarvoski Cake Topper
OK I am WARNING ALL BRIDE-TO-BE's:
This project takes FooooooooooREVER!
I started working on this a month ago and of course I got burnt out... let me tell you it is tedious!!
This is NO WHERE near the final product but I thought I would give everyone a peak at what I am working on.

To top it all off I am not even sure if I want one of these on the top of my cake anymore! I guess I can always put it on the card box/cage if I don't use it on the cake.

OR better yet... I throw a chain on it and wear it around my neck! BLING BLING... I will be cooler then Flavor Flav!

It is looking great! Is it a wooden letter? Can I ask how big it is? I'm thinking of making one, too (the catalouge ones seem way over priced, or not exactly what I want).
Good job!!

daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang, that is pretty cool, perhaps I might do something like that, I dont know though looks like i would easily become addicted to sniffing a lot of glue for that project!

The glue for it is not even the good sniffing kind... humph

girl you know its looking fab! but that is exactly why I won't be attempting to do this on my own. I have to time or patience for something like this. I once in high school did one of those bedazzled scarfts and it took forever I can't even imagine doing this. You probably worked hours on it and it didn't even look like you made a dent in the process.

It's your ink jet printer. The ink isn't burned into the paper, so it runs. I had to try 3 or 4 sheets before finalizing the water bottle labels I ended up with! Good Luck with it. Go to Kinkos or office max to see what type of printer they use.

yeh i wanted to make one too! Then i realize that it would end up costing way too much. So another idea that also looks good is to buy those extra fine glass sparkles (the ones martha stweart uses).
It is a lot faster and easier ..and cheaper. yet it will still give you the"bling " effect! if you get really lazy and you dont want to finish it, maybe you can fill the middle part with the sparkles....ooo i betcha pink would look nice too!
