Wedding Day Look
I started to think about what I want my make up to look like on my wedding day .I have never really been a girly girl so growing up even in my late teen years it never intrested me,plus Dh has always love my natural look but when i turned 27 I developed an intrest for it funny its like im 13 trying new things going into walmart for make up I feel like a kid at a candy shop lol! so anyways I picked up some great stuff on the weekend to cover up my dark circles that I have had all my life but are totally bothering me now not sure if its cause Im getting older dh says I look beautiful and they are fine but I really wanted to find something that would hide them a lil atleast so playing around heres what I came up with, what do u ladies think?
oh and my hair will be up not excatly like in the second pic but I will have an updo just waiting for my hair to get long again lol! |

Which flowers do you like?
I got flowers A. last year and love how they look the colour and all then i came across these other ones and picked them up too and I like em not so much the colur but the shape of the bloom, so now my question is which ones should I use for my bouquet I will also be using Wiltons fresh look holder.Which ones do you like A or B?,and do you think I can incorporate both into my bouquet?
p.s oh and flowers B look all nice and round cause i stuck them in a styrofoam ball trying them out as a pomander so plz imagine flowers A. in that round shape lol! Thanks Ladies! |

I found great gifts for my ladies last summer aswell, I got them these cute heart shape jewellery boxes that went down from $35 to $9,98 at KeyMan engravables I got them these sparkely makeup bags in my wedding color that I found at Forever 21 for $7 I will be giving them these with their Braidsmaids survival kits Im making them. I also found these nice sparkely bracelets for them to wear that day those were $2 at Dollarama and I picked up their jewllery at Ardene Got my 2 BM's necklace & earing sets 2 for 15 and ended up getting mine which I will post about later and my MOH's buy one get the 2nd half off I placed them in gift boxes cant wait to give them their gifts in these personalized tote bags Im making right now, I shall post pics of those later on too. I have some great friends who have been helping me through out my planning and really do appreciate them, so happy I found them such nice gifts. :)

Again found these great gifts last summer I have realized all these places have a summer sale event and for brides who are in Ontario and are getting married this fall/winter or better yet next year you need to keep your eye open for these events cause the money you save is truly amazing. I found these beautiful sets for the guys they came with a beautiful pocket watch, cufflinks and a money clip all in a beautiful wooden box that comes with a metal plate you can get engraved.These set went down from $98 to.... wait for it.......$14.99 I wasnt even looking to get all the groomsmen a gift that day I was just looking around for the best mans gift as his was suppose to be a bit different and the GM's were suppose to get nice pocket watches but with that kind of steal we picked them up for all of them lol! For my Ontario brides I got these at Things Engraved they also have a summer sale and all the new sets from last year will go on sale again this year to make room for the new ones not many know but now ya"ll know lol! I also picked up these nice flaks for the guys that we will also get engraved these I got at Party Packagers while getting some wedding supplies on sale for $2.50 each again summer sale if you have one these stores close to you wait till thats summer sale. Dh was very impressed with how lil I spent on such nice gifts, feels so good to save whereever you can :)

I have been so lucky to find great deals correction! I should say Blessed I came across these beauties last year at a store that was having a clerance sale . I had been eyeing them from time but didt want to dish out so much for them after all they will be used once I walked by the store and to my surprise they were down from $50 to no lie $12.99 my jaw droped but to make things even better lol! I found another set of flutes that I loved so much I had also see them before and really wanted the all sliver look but the hubby was set on having the half glass half silver ones from time and I was surprised simply cause hes always like "whatever you want baby its your day" but from time to time there will be something that catches his eye and it ends up on his must have list soo.... now I was like oh boy let me call him and figure out what to do I really loved both but the silver ones were down from $60 to again no lie $9.99 :o craziness!.He then tells me Get them Both! to which I laughed out loud and said "sunshine what are we gonna do with set of flutes?" he then says "we drink out of one set through out the reception and then at the end of the night when we cut into the cake we can have a special toast and use the other set" I was floored wow! man came up with an answer on the spot while he was at work lol! So I picked up both I had to next to my $112 wedding dress this was beyond a steal and I would of been to crazy to pass it up so Im still debating wheather we will use both or if I will save the sliver set for our 25th and get them engraved then.I must say girls if you keep your eyes open and wait a lil its so worth the wait lol! For my Ontario brides I got these from Personally Yours They have a sale every year in the summer its starts in July and if you wait alil longer the prices just keeping going down.So happy I waited and we both got what we wanted :)

I have been thinking about this for awhile now and I was so happy when I came across this pretty anklet at Micheals I wanted something I could show off since my wedding colour is blue it will be everywhere even my bouquet will have blue flowers but I wanted my something blue to stand out and this anklet is perfect since you can actually see my ankles when I wear my dress.

Wedding Cake
Fairytale
Finally decided on how I want our cake to look.We will be having a faux cake well it will have one real tier for us to cut into for pics but the rest will be fake.We will have cupcakes beautifully decorated in clear boxes with ribbon and handed out to our guests so they can take home or eat there. I have been to many weddings where guest are too stuffed to eat cake and leave it behind Im sorry but wedding cakes are wayy to expensive to go to waste so my dh and I decided this was a great way to have our cake & eat it too lol! My bff who is also my maid of honor makes yummy cakes will be helping me with this.I came across a very nice cake cant remeber where I got it from but it goes perfect with out fairytale theme only thing that will be different is the wording "And They Lived Happily Ever After" will be in Silver and so will the trim instead of gold oh and our topper which I already have is a clear one that has a light up base.

Wedding Anniversary
Well Im back atleast back to posting that is lol! never really left I've been on from time to time to check up on you beautiful brides and comment on as many posts as i can.So many things have happend and not having a computer and moving were a few of them, you dont know how much you miss it till its gone lol!I Took a lil break as I always do with so much time left I dont want to go crazy so Im back to planning again cant believe its down to 30 months been here since 2009 been loving this who planning process.I have gotten so many things in the last few months but wont bombard the site with 20 posts lol! I'll slowly just add them in the new year.We just celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary on the 28th cant believe how time flys when you having fun.It been very intresting cant wait to see what the next 11 years holds for us.Anways the hubby got me a new comp for our anniversay so I can get back to do what I love to do the most Plan, Post and Write :) Missed being on this great site I see alot of new brides Welcome and Happy Planning ladies! :)
