falnluv08's Chocolate wedding

I am having the reception in the gym directly after the wedding at the church, I want to decorate the ceiling with tulle or any material for that matter- but am not sure how. The problem is the church does not allow any permant damage to the walls or ceiling to hang things, so how do we hang the tulle from the ceiling and drape in across to the walls? I have no idea, does anybody else have this problem and if so what are you doing? Please help!
