i havent bought a dress off there but i do use ebay.... look at peoples ratings..... i only use people with good reveiws...maybe a few bad but overall it has to be good... One thing about ebay is be careful about hidden cost... we have bought enough from ebay to learn that if you are crossing a border than there will probably be hidden cost.... we live in canada so when buying we try to stick to canadian sellers..... but good luck with it, it can be very rewarding....oh one last thing..... check return policys  because some sellers wont let you return..... i always make sure i can return an item....just in case

I did not use April Bridal, but I ordered a dress from Gianinarbridal in China - in an unusual color...  there was a communication gap - I wanted a light mocha or taupe color - they made my dress dark chocolate brown!  I emailed them venting all my frustration and they let me keep the old dress, and are making a replacement all at no charge just in time for the wedding.  The craftsmanship and fit were perfect, and the dress was beautiful, just the color was all wrong.  I would still go with them if I had to do it over and the cost was only about $150 for a matte satin dress form fitted with pickups and chapel train...  can't beat that!

I had a friend order a dress off of ebay and it came and itwas awful...the dress material was scratchy and the beading wear sloppy...
