I quit!
No more for me!

Starting Monday, March 16, 2009 I will be a non smoker. Both FH and I are quitting. Here's to a healthier new life. Hopefully I won't crack, gain 20 lbs or bite all my nails off. Cross your fingers for me!

Good LUCK!!!! You will feel SOOO much better.. I don't personally smoke.. but my FH does.. and boy do I wish I could get him to quit!! But I know it takes a lot of work. Good Luck!!

Good for you!!!! I'm trying to quit before my wedding...I need to really get serious about it!!!  I also want to enter my marriage healthier for a longer life!!

Goodluck!!!  That's so great, my FH quit when we first met and hasn't smoked now for 2 years.  He's always telling everyone how much better he feels, now he actually notices the smell on other people and can't believe he ever thought that was good!

this takes guts lady! honestly congrats. If you are determind you will get through it. Im not a smoker myself but my FH is and i wish he would quite. i hate kissing an astray :X
I hear the first mnths the worst so after that it should be a breeze!

Good luck!  Just remember you are prepping yoru body for you new life togehter as well as one day having kids (if you want them)...so your body will be healthier!  You can do it!

Best of luck....they just added another $1 smokers tax on to a pack of cigarettes here in Iowa/Nebraska. So I think alot of people will be quitting!!! Not to mention the fact that they can't smoke in any restaurants.

Are you quitting cold turkey? Or using an "aid" to help? Mike took Chantix and he hasnt smoked in over a year and a half!!!!
