1) Cigar Bar - I contacted a place in Toronto that will come to the venue to roll cigars. It's $350 for the "Roller" and $15 a cigar (ouch!) but I really want to surprise my FH as he loves cigars. I think to cut down on cost I will only have them available during the cocktail hour as it takes place outside so perfect for any cigar smokers!

2) Edible Flowers in Champagne - I saw this on Rich Bride, Poor Bride and had to have it!

3) Head Table Setup - We have 18 people at the head table...too many to have in one straight line! I love this setup! The way the venue is setup, all the tables are on the right and left of us with the dance floor in the middle so I thought this would be nice so we aren't staring at an empty floor while we eat!

More to come...I just like having my thoughts collected into one place!

That champagne flower is sooo fancy!
Having the cigars only during the cocktail hour is a very good idea. There was a bride here a while ago who had this at her wedding and she said it was a huge hit. Have fun with it!

I love the head table!!!! We've been trying to figure something out and that sit exactly 14 which is our bridal party, and our sweetheart table will be up higher on stage! perfect!!!

the cigar bar is soooo cool... i would sooo be doing it if my venue allowed it! and the edible flowers will be a hit@
