This is firthbride's Purple Wedding!

Finally! I don't know why it took me so long to post! I LOVE my ring. It's simple, elegant...and totally what I've always wanted :) My Man has good taste!

I made all my ladies their own little card invitations to officially ask them to be in my wedding party. They were really easy to do and I thought it would add a personal touch to each individual one. I even made one for my FlowerGirl (who is 1 1/2 right now). I wanted them all to have something special...

We fell in love with it when we came here. The two fireplaces, the high vaulted ceilings...it's cute. It overlooks the park (where we're having our ceremony)...it just worked out so perfectly. I've seen pictures of it decorated and it looks fantastic! xo

I love love love love LOVE this place. It is perfect for me and my Fiance!

I have a few questions about wedding parties.

I have 6 all together on my side and I cannot remove any of them! I love them all and I want them to share this day with me.

My fiance has 4. Would be inappropriate to have two of the bridesmaids walk down together (his younger sister and mine) ?

I don't think it's a big deal to have different numbers but I wanted to know anyone else's thoughts about it :)

I am having my two sisters, my two best friends, and my fiance's two sisters as my side of the wedding party. My best friend Colleen will be my Maid of Honour and she is already doing the position justice! She is amazing. I am hoping that they will all be wearing deep purple strapless dresses and carrying white flowers (not too sure on the kind). I will be carrying purple and white flowers. The groomsmen will be in black tuxes with silver vests, with purple flowers on their jackets. I want to keep it very simple and elegant at the same time :)

We has just finished helping his Mom pack up her place for moving day. We got home and I hopped in the shower. Little did Brett know, once I had gotten out of the shower I decided to put a face mask on. Y'know the type...green, clay-ish..."Beautiful" stuff. So here I am wearing a bright orange towel and green face mask...and I walked to the bedroom. He came in the room behind me and my back was towards him. He says "Stacey..." and I turned around as he was getting on one knee. I started freaking out "OMG you are not doing this right now! omg omg omg! etc..." as I hit him with the shirt in my hand. haha, then I jumped on him before he could even finish the question. He was laughing at me and asked "is that a Yes?" and I said "YES!!!!" Then I quickly ran to the bathroom to wash off my face before he could put the ring on my finger. I came back and he put it on me...I LOVE IT.
I love him!!! :) As stupid as it was, it was perfect for us.
