Time flies when you're having fun. That is a very true statement.

Dee and I have been friends for 8 years, best friends for 4 years, together for 3.5 years, and engaged for a year and a half. Time has been good to us because through every up and down, in and out, low and high, and thick and thin, we've made it through and we have learned to love and gained wisdom.

It's amazing to me when I hear people say that "life is good". Because the truth is: life is what you make it. This whole engagement and the planning of this wedding has had us on an emotional rollercoaster! But when it comes down to it, we've been enjoying every minute of it. In the end, it's all about who this is for. Yes, the wedding day is for the bride and groom, but to Dee and I, it's about sharing in a celebration of one of the many joys of life with the people we hold dearest in our hearts. We are sharing pure happiness with our friends and family who truly love and support us, unconditionally.

Those who are meant to be there on our wedding day, will be there whether it is in person or in spirit. Those who truly love us and support us, will show it in one way or another. There will be no mistaking it.

God is blessing us, even through the worries and disappointments. We pray for love and wisdom to keep us moving forward.

I still have tons of work to do and lots of things to cross off of the to do list. For the most part, though, all of the dire tasks are completed.

I'm going to stay strong. Take a deep breath. Stay calm and keep in mind that everything will be okay. Things are not perfect, no, not even close. But I am in control of how the next 4 weeks are going to go. I say yes or no and stop or go. All of my worries and concerns will be taken care of because I am not alone. My FH is here and we are working together with The Almighty God's help. That's what matters.

I like your sparkler photos. You are only a month away! I hope you get through the next four weeks happy and ready by the time your wedding day comes.

Alecia, you made me cry a little LOL I'm going to miss you too. You should know that I think the very same of you too. You're so beautiful in every way. We call each other WBC sisters, and you know what , it really does feel like a sisterhood here. Especially with you here for support. I wish you the best too my friend. Are you going to put up more of your engagement photos? JAke and I were thinking about doing some photos in the city too.

I think you'll enjoy doing some photos in Atlanta because there is a lot to do in the city. We wanted to go to Olympic Centennial Park and take some photos, but it didn't work out. I think what we have is good though. Do some research and know what kind of back drop you want. Then plan out your spots carefully. It was very fun for us. I may post some more photos. Not sure yet. Thanks!

Wow, you are so close! I really enjoy reading your posts too! I'm so gonna miss you and your encouraging and supportive words! You always try to comment as best as you can and you give GREAT advice! Whether it's b/c we are venting or just giving ideas, you respond and that means a lot to me. Can't wait to see your pics, so make sure to not forget about us!
