Wedding Reception
So Scared
So I have a little less than 4 months till my wedding. MY fiancee and I have everything planned so far. The only thing is that my mom said that she would take care of the catering for us. This was back in August of last year. We met with the caterer in October and we both liked her, my mom said she would send her the first payment in November! Nothing, ok, everyones having a tuff time right now, and thats my mom so I know I can trust her. Its March and still nothing. My FH and I thought that the catering would be taken care of so we really didnt fit it into the budget! Everything is tight as is. So Im so scared right now. My mom keeps saying dont worry, but I have a mom who thinks shes Superwoman.I dont know what to do! Everyday I think about it I want to cry.

How Are You decorating your Head Table
I keep thinking about the decor for my head table. Should I have tulle, flowers, candles or a little of all of the above. I feel as if I want to keep it as simple as possible with just beautiful radiating candlelight. So help me out ladies. What are you doing for your head table and what are some of the ideas that you have. The picture that says my head table is the one I favor the most.

The rest of the items I finally got
So I know Im posting a lot today but you now how it is. I got my tax return and I went crazy! LOL! So here are a few more items for the reception. The flutes and server turned out to be a little bit more than I expected with the engraving, but I love them, they are beautiful. I can see the FH and I using them for every anniversary.I have been wanting these since last year. The table number frame is kind of small but really pretty. I figure my bridesmaids can each take 2 home after the wedding. If you guys have seen any frames similiar to this in a 5x7 or larger, please contact me.

Wedding Favors
Add the bling!
So Ive always heard planners say that the importance of the wedding decoration is in the small details so here are some of my items for my wedding. The first is the favor boxes. I got 100 boxes for $25.00 and decorated them with stickers and ribbon! We are putting shot glasses inside,I wanted my guest to have something they will actually use. So i had to find boxes that were slightly larger than normal. Then i purchased paper fans,they were really nice in quality. I was shocked, they are only .95 cent per fan so im getting just enough for the women that are attending the wedding. I cant have them sweating too much during the ceremony. The third picture is my sign in book. Even though my guest will not be writing in the book, I am using the notecards which I got from Target so people can write wishes memories, advice or drawings. Im going to put cameras on 10 of the reception table so people can take pictures and make my own memory book.The fourth picture is my placecard which has flowers and jewels that I got from Micheals. I glued 3 flowers together and then the jewels on top.

I ordered my shoes!
Im so happy I just ordered my shoes, they were $80 which is great. They will go great with my theme which is diamonds and pearls and also with my dress which is creme colored and has crystals on it. Im so happy. I just cant wait till I have everything here with me!

Are you planning your bridal shower or letting your bridesmaids plan it!
Well Im starting to think about the fun part of becoming a bride like the bridal shower and the bachelorette party! Im so excited. The only thing is, my taste is a little bit diffrent from my friends! Im an extra girly-girl (thats what people tell me) and I am very particular. I know that they want to plan the shower but I feel like I should maybe give them some ideas to get them on the right track. So I found some pictures so I can print them out and give it to them.I also had the idea of having a bridal shower/ birthday party, since they will be around the same time!What do you think, should I let them do their own thing or tell tem what I want. My mom and aunt are taking care of the exspenses so, they dont have to worry about spending a fortune!I told them they can pay for the bachelorette party.Am I going overboard?

Wedding Flowers
So how much is too much!
So I visited a florist a few months ago and she does great work.I decided to go for a budget of $3000 for all of my flowers. Since i am having the wedding and reception at a mansion I have to bring everything for the outside decor and inside. So my question is how much is too much! How much are you WBC brides spending on your flowers and what types of arrangements are you having! For my reception there will be over 20 tables so I have to decide exactly what to do for each table! If you have any ideas please feel free to give them! This wedding stuff is fun and but nerve recking at the same time! :)

Bridesmaids
They finally ordered their dresses!
So I went with my girls this weekend to confirm that they liked the dresses that I picked and that they fit them well. Everything went great! They liked the dress! So one thing down and a hundred things to go! Im so happy ! The dress with the tie around the waist is for my bridsmaids and the dress that is shirred at the bottom is for my maid of honor ( my sister). I am also going to pick out dresses for my FH'S sisters and they will also wear pink dresses.They are going to be the greeters and ushers at the ceremony. So all the sisters will be in pink and the bridemaids will be in yellow.

Finally on their way!
So I ordered my save the dates last week and Im so excited about sending them out. They are a bit overdue being sent out, but its o.k. I still want everyone to have one and make sure that all our family and friends will be able to make it to the wedding.I am finally starting to feel like everything is real.
