I was wondering if anyone has tried the european body wrap to lose inches?? My best friend did it before her wedding and lost 10 inches! Most places guarantee that you will lose 6 inches (not lbs) or it is free.

I'm thinking about trying it, but don't want to waste my money!

Here is a description of how it is supposed to work:

I have a friend who always gets it done, I think once a month but she also has the money to do so... It works for her and she really does look good after having it done.

I get them done every few months, they cost me about $140 and it's best to get them done 2-3 days before your event.
They usually take between 15-25 inches for me, same for my mom and sister.
Remember that this is all over, not a full 6 inches off your waist.
Mine seem to be pretty permanent, as long as I drink a ton of water after wards.

I remember seeing this on that show 'How to Look Good Naked' with Gok. It is a british show where they take larger lovelies and give them more confidence. Anywho they were trying out different products and testing them against each other and I cant remember what it was up against - two other different spa therapies I believe - and this one won favoritism with the 100 testers and they also put the girl who was featured in that show through it and she lost 3 or 4 inches I believe but she said she felt really good after. Im sure you can google it though they may still have the info online.

I've never heard of it before. I wonder how well it would work?

I forgot to mention, try to find a place that does 'slender tine' wraps, they work much better than the spa ones.
You have to move the whole time your wrapped, the place I go to has a step glider and some weird vibrating thing you stand on.

I've done it before, twice actually. But I went to two different beauty schools for them...sooo much cheaper. I like the one I got best from a Mario Tricocci school. It was weird, slimy, but relaxing. I can't say that I noticed a differnence in inches tho, yet I didn't measure.

I'd say try it at a local cosmetology school first, before you spend a ton of money.
