Best Waterproof Mascara & Eyeliner?

What is the best waterproof mascara and eyeliner for the tears of joy on the big day?
I haven't bought waterproof in years. It always seemed to clump up my lashes and somehow, still managed to smudge. I have a feeling I just wasn't using the right products.

Please give me suggestions! :)

I would try something MAC..All their stuff seems to be good!

a Mac pot for eyeliner. You put it on with a brush and I LOVE it. It's literally a little pot of eyeliner. Dior has a good waterproof mascara that I use. It stays and it makes amazing lashes!!

Christain Dior mascara is BY FAR the best.  i have found that it is better than Mac, Covergirl, Maybelline, L'oreal, Nars.  It costs $40 a tube but lasts forever....well...you're suppose to throw it out and replace every 6 months...but who does that?!  the mascara makes my lashes DOUBLE the length, thick and not clumpy.  it's on my list of things to buy before the wedding.  it's worth it!
