Good evening lovely ladies....
This Saturday is FH's birthday so i'm throwing him a party at this really cool casino named Acropolis that just opened a new branch 8 minutes drive from where we live. I ordered the cake today.... and told them to decorate it in blue and white because blue is FH's favorite color. Hope to take some good pictures. |

So,
I've included my friend Tracey who i've known for 20 yrs to be in my bridal party and she agreed but now i'm having second thoughts. I've listed all the reasons for me second guessing my decision below: * I am the person who always calls her which i don't mind because i know she's low on cash but when i do call i don't get her. I have to call like 4-5 times b4 she answeres her phone. She says she's busy and never heard the phone but she doesn't work so how busy can she really be ? * I sent out a newsletter to all my bms from two weeks ago and because she's not into the internet (yup... she's weird) i called her last Friday and told her to check her mail but when i called her yesterday she still hadn't checked it, then she says she'll try and check it later. What the hell does she mean by "try" ? * All my bms are gonna be wearing different colour dresses to match with the colours of the wedding so FH and I assigned each person a colour. We assigned her green but due to her not reading the newsletter, i had to tell her this in our conversation yesterday. Well, she started bitching about how she doesn't like green and if is dark green she's not wearing it. I'm actually using a lime/apple green but wtf. * I have never liked her husband from the first day i met him which was back when we were in college and she wants to carry him to the wedding. She told me i should put her down for 1 +3. She has a 6 yr old son and is currently pregnant so i'm assuming the +3 would be her husband and the 2 kids. * Yup, she's pregnant, due in January, so i don't know if having a baby at the wedding would hinder her from doing her bm duties. + I don't want any babies at my wedding. I don't want to hear any crying in my ears or in my video. * She currently lives in Canada and hasn't been to Jamaica in like 5 yrs. Every year she says she wants to visit but she doesn't have the money for the ticket. I can totally understand that bcause she isn't working and i know my wedding is a yr away and things can change but will she really be able to afford the ticket to come for herself muchless husband and kids. Sigh.... when i think of her... i jus think drama. Her husband is a jerk, and she's in a very bad manage so she's in and out of depression. She actually told me i shouldn't get married because all the marriages she knows about are terrible but clearly she and the other married ppl she knows got married to the wrong people. Plus i told her that her husband was a jerk from the day i met him but she never listened. This is my wedding and i want to try and make my day as drama free as possible plus i only want to share it with the people that are special to me. What would u do ? Should i drop her from the bridal party ? |
