almond with an amaretto buttercream
mocha spice with a mocha buttercream
and french vanilla with a vanilla bean buttercream
this way everyone has a choice! I think the different tiers are a good idea, if you are doing a sheet cake instead, ask them to do a 1/2 slab in vanilla and a half in chocolate. ( or whatever you like)
