Ok so Christopher and I are getting married next Saturday here in Atlanta and I'm so excited. Excited to finally start my life with the man of my dreams. Also moving to another city, New York City that is, I've always loved that city and of course have been there only a thousand times since Chris lives there. So after our two week honeymoon I will be officially a NYer...Good bye Atlanta, GA!!!!

Hi Ladies,

Just curious as to how many of you are going to leave you veil on during the reception. Mine is a single layer (no blusher), finger tip length, satin trimmed veil. I haven't yet decided whether I should leave it on, or take it off after pictures...

What do you girls think?

Christopher and I have been dating for 3 years. We both met in law school. It was his last year and my first. He was extremely charming and very smart. I thought he was so cute and likewise, but I was casually dating someone for a couple of months. Nevertheless, Chris and I had developed a good friendship, and almost 4 months later things didnt work out between me and this other guy, so when Chris found out he immediately asked me out. We went to dinner at the restaurant on the river, very romantic and then a carriage ride.

Well needless, to say, on March 19, 2007  Chris and I went back to that restaurant and took the same carriage ride when he proposed. I was clueless, only because I had just started a new job as a lawyer and very stressd out, and freaking out because Chris had taken a job in NYC and I was worry about the distance.

Anyway, he pulled at a beautiful diamond engagement ring, princess cut, with pink diamonds on the side..... I cried and cried and immediately said YES.
