My favorite wedding pic & new pics
I had the first pic in black and white, I realized I did not order it in color so I went and purchased it... I also purchased the 2nd pic, I didn't like it at first but it popped out at me when i saw it for the 2nd time lol. And I purchased the 3rd pic in color since we had it in black and white also.

Wedding Dress
I loved wearing this dress
My dress and shoes... I loved this dress and my shoes. My dress was a Mermaid style dress, The puffy stuff was just not for me. It's champaigne and ivory and my shoes were champaigne. I have decided to sell my dress so if your interested please let me know. The dress is a size 16w but had to be taken in a few weeks before me wedding because I lost weight.

My thank you cards
Final part of my wedding.
These are my thank you cards. I have been so busy since my wedding and I promised my self I would get them mailed ASAP. I love them, I plan to mail the one with our pic to close family and friends and the other one will be mailed to other guests with a 3x5 picture placed inside. I really enjoyed my wedding and I am so proud of myself for planning the entire event alone. I knew nothing about weddings when i became engaged, I have only been to about 3 weddings in my lifetime and and I was in my best friends wedding 15 years ago but her wedding was very small and quickly put together, But thanks to my computer/magazines i learned everything I need to know. I had everything I wished for except my candy buffet and the only reason I didn't have it was because I ran out of time trying to do last minute things but I did have one for my bachelorette party. This was a amazing event in my life.

Honeymoon
Destin Florida
I couldn't decide if I wanted to go to Destin FL or Vegas on my honeymoon, I decided on Destin because we went over our limit at our wedding and had to spend a extra 585.00 at the end of it so I decided Destin would better to visit. We left Monday after our wedding and came back on Friday. I am not a outside person and wish I chose Vegas instead because it was very hot on the beach. My husband spent a lot of money on the jet ski's which is one thing i wanted to do but when the time came time for me to go out into the water I chickened out and didn't want to ride alone LOL so I rode with my husband and made him drive 3MPH (haha). I didn't take very many pics because there was not much I wanted to do. We ate out every night, went shopping, bowling, drove around, and to the movies. The main thing i wanted to do was shop but I couldn't find any thing I wanted. We decided to visit Vegas in Feb as a early anniversary gift to our selves.

My wedding day
The day went fast!!!
Hi ladies, I realized i have not told you what happened on my wedding day, I have been so busy i have not had time to get on here, Well the morning of my wedding day i went to get my hair done in a up-do by a complete stranger around 9am (big mistake).. I explained to her that I wanted a up-do, The up-do she did was not high enough like i wanted but she kept saying it was. It was more towards the back and i wanted it on the top of my head. Knowing that it wasn't what i wanted I decided to just keep it that way because i had a few errands to run afterwards. I got home home around 1pm (running late) and tried on my tierra and veil and I was not happy with how it looked so I took my hair down and just left it hanging curly. I had to hurry up and pack to pick my matron up and get my make up done which was way across town, It took the make up artist almost two hours to do my make up because she was working alone with a new girl who mainly just sold make up and she had to keep stopping to help other customers (MAC in the mall). By the time i left the mall it was time to check into my hotel which was about 20 minutes from the mall. Finally i got to the hotel and couldn't find my DL and was told i couldn't check in with out it. I explained to the guy "Sir this is my wedding day and I am running late" I had my luggage, wedding dress, bags and even more bags, everything was falling on the floor and my poor matron had most of my stuff and hers to carry to so he felt sorry for me and asked for my credit card, and said go ahead. As soon as i got to my hotel room i wanted to sit down for just a minute but i couldn't because the limo driver called me on my cell and said he was down stairs and that he was giving me 45 minutes to get to the limo or he was leaving to pick up his next customer, I was dumb founded...
My maid of honor and the photographer arrived at the same time and she called the limo company and DEMANDED more time so they gave us a extra 30 minutes so I had to hurry. I didn't have time to play around with my hair so i put the tierra and veil on and the photographer took a few pics and off we went. I kept saying i didn't feel right the entire night but everyone kept assuring me i was fine. If i had my wedding day over again I would have made sure my hair was how i wanted and I would have left much earlier that 9am to get my hair done. I kept going to my bridal suite at the wedding checking my make up and hair and i was just like blah blah i don't like it.. We did the money dance and had so much fun (earned about 400.00 lol) in addition to the cards with money and checks we had a little over a 1000.00 and my nice husband let me keep it all along with all the gift cards (target, bed bath & beyond, walmart, jc penney, american express). The gifts OMG....... the gifts we had to take home in two different cars because there was so many.By the end of the wedding we were packing them up and the venue owner presented us with a nice bill of $585.00, My husband had the extra money on him in case we went over but i was expecting to pay maybe 200.00 not 585.00, she stated that we went over our limit by 15 guests at 38.00 per guest. I was told by many people no one was at the door taking count. My guest book shows 187 signatures our limit was 150 so that was puzzling to me. How ever i enjoyed my self despite my hair and i really enjoyed our gifts. I wish i could do it again... P.s. I was up till 3 am printing programs and finishing my gift card box, That was not fun lol. |

Wedding pics.
Not to happy with some of them..
I was not happy with some of my wedding pics.... I have posted some of the pics i like.We have 200 4x6 prints and i did not like about 75 of them including all of the pics of me and my husband. Since my wedding was candle light (7pm) most of the pics of me and my husband came out really dark because he took them in a dark corner of our venue.

Had a gift mailed to me
This is really cute
Today i had the worst day at work, I really hate my boss but any way when I got home today I found a brown box at my home and i knew i didn't order any thing because i'm done buying everything so at first I thought maybe it was sent to the wrong house but after checking the name it was mine LOL. I openend it and there was a another box with a frame inside with me and my FH husband name on it. It came from a old friend of mine and I really love this gift. The card is adorable also and it has our name on it. This gift made me feel so much better.

This is my cake topper i purchased today at Michael's. It's adorable. I plan to add some brown sequence on the bride's dress and remove the clear sequence it came with. I really wanted a letter B for my new last name but they all came in silver and that does not match my wedding cake:)
